Compliance and Ethics Awards

At Florida State University, we are guided by the enduring values represented in our university seal—Vires, Artes, and Mores. The Office of Compliance and Ethics Awards draws special inspiration from Mores, the third torch, which symbolizes character.

This initiative was created to recognize leaders who exemplify strong character by upholding our university's values, promoting ethical behavior, and fostering a culture of compliance. These honorees demonstrate that it's not just about following the rules, but acting with character.

With these inaugural awards, we look forward to beginning a tradition that celebrates those who lead with integrity and inspire others to do the same. Through their actions, these individuals help ensure a tradition of integrity and excellence remains at the heart of everything we do!
